Free Handwashing Poster - let's beat coronavirus!

Yes, the news about coronavirus is indeed a bit worrying at the moment - the number of cases seems to be increasing daily. The advice from government and health officials is simply to wash your hands as often as you can. So with that in mind, I've created 4 free posters for you to download and print - because whilst some family members and work colleagues will have no problem remembering this, others may need reminding!

You can access them as many times as you need, and print as many as you need.* The free printables are A4 size. For best results print on glossy, photo paper - although they will print nicely on standard printer paper too. To access the prints, click here or on the image below:

I've designed a couple of the posters with children in mind - giving simple instructions for handwashing. Display a poster in the bathroom, downstairs loo, or in a nursery or school toilet to remind little ones on the best way to keep their hands clean.

The other two handwashing posters are somewhat simpler: just friendly little reminders to wash your hands. Put one up in the hallway so that everyone who enters your home is prompted to wash their hands.

If you want something more permanent (and let's face it, keeping your hands clean is important at any time - coronavirus or not!), why not get one of these handmade wooden hanging plaques made especially for your home? Strung with twine and ready to hang up, you could display the plaque at the end of your banister, in the bathroom, or anywhere that would work best to remind everyone.

Current advice is: 

• Wash your hands when you enter your home
• Wash your hands when you sneeze, blow your nose, or cough
• Wash your hands when you go to the toilet
• Wash your hands before eating
• If you can't easily access handwashing facilities, use hand sanitizer which contains at least 60% alcohol

Happy New Year - and a FREE print!

It was my first day back to work yesterday, and lovely as it is to sit with your feet up eating chocolate all day, it is quite nice to be back in the saddle again. Free Easter Egg Hunt Kit!

It's an early Easter this year, which means the chances of having a warm and sunny day on Easter Sunday for an Egg Hunt are slim!

So if you think you'd rather stay indoors where it's warm and dry, why not download my free Egg Hunt Kit printables - everything you need, right down to the invitations, to plan a fun hunt for your little ones.

I've left the clues blank, so you can create your own to suit the ages of your participants. The age group I think the hunt is best suited to would be roughly 5-10 years, but younger ones will still have fun taking part (they might just need a little help from an adult!).

There are 5 parts to the Egg Hunt Kit, to download just follow these links:

* Egg Hunt 'To Do' List - this lists everything you need to plan the event, and what you'll need to buy
* Egg Hunt Sheet 1 - print one of these sheets
* Egg Hunt Sheet 2 - this has invitations and instructions for each participant, so you'll need to print off as many copies as you may need depending on how many people you are inviting or who are taking part.
* Egg Hunt Sheet 3 - this is a sheet of 4 clues, so depending on how many clues you are planning to hide you may need to print off more than one sheet.
* Egg Hunt Sheet 4 - this has 4 sets of bunny feet, so print as many as you need to dot around your house!

You can print the downloads onto normal paper. Sheets 1-4 are laid out '4 up' so you'll need to slice these sheets into quarters.

Ideas for clues: Depending on the age group of those taking part, your clues to range from the super-hard cryptic type, to the more straightforward! There are some great ideas here...

Halloween Freebie: 'No Trick or Treaters' Poster & Free Halloween Wine Labels

Just in case you may need to avoid Trick or Treaters tomorrow night, I've uploaded this free printable 'No Trick or Treaters' Halloween poster for you to display on your door. You may not want people knocking on your door for many different reasons (maybe you've eaten all the sweets already... or is that just us?), but I do think sometimes those constabulary/council type posters can be a bit... well, snooty!
